Returns and Refunds
All our beautiful items are custom made to order. Due to this, and the personalised nature of our products, returns are not typically accepted for change of mind.
Please contact us if you believe you have a unique reason for needing to return a product.
Replacement of Damaged or Faulty Goods
We take utmost care in packaging all our orders to ensure they arrive safely and in as perfect a condition as when they left us! Although unlikely, if your product(s) arrive damaged or faulty, or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving them.
In the case of damaged products, please immediately take photographs of the damaged item (before removing it from the box/packaging) and send these to us – the more photos the better! We will assess everything on a case-by-case basis.
Returning Products
After discussing and agreeing on the terms of a return with us, you are responsible for arranging and for the cost of return shipping to Busselton, Western Australia.
