Pickup Orders

You will be notified via email once your order is ready to be collected.  Pickup is from Yalyalup WA 6280, and the notification email will include the pickup address.  Address is only provided at this time as we do not have a storefront and pickup is from a private residence.

Shipped Orders

All orders are shipped via Australia Post from Busselton, Western Australia. Tracking number will be provided upon dispatch of your order where applicable.

If your order says unavailable for shipping, please contact us via email or Messenger.  This is because we need to give you a custom quote for shipping so you are not overcharged.

Shipping times quoted are an estimate from Australia Post only. Express Shipping is an upgrade to the method of shipping only and does not mean your order will jump ahead of other orders in the queue.

Once your order is with Australia Post, Blue Olive Creations takes no responsibility for loss, delays or damage to your package, nor are we responsible for undelivered items due to incorrect addresses given or failed attempts to deliver. Blue Olive Creations are not liable for parcels that are delivered and go missing.
