Each social sign includes a business card holder, suitable for standard size/square business cards. 

Pricing applies to one sign, single sided. 

Company Logo/Company Name:
- One QR code per sign
- Must be simple/simplified to only include one colour
- Must be uploaded in an SVG or AI format

All design proofs will be emailed to the email address you have provided. Designs will need to be approved within 2 business days to allow us to begin making your sign.

Processing Time

Standard processing time is 5 business days but may differ in during holiday seasons.
If you require the item sooner, please utilise the "Rush Order" option in your cart and we will prioritise your order over others to reduce processing time (shipping timeframes remain the same).

Personalisation

We will make products with names / personalisations exactly as they are entered.
Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for spelling errors - please check carefully before placing your order!

Wooden Products

Many of our products are made from or contain wood. The grain pattern and colour will vary from piece to piece; meaning that no two pieces are the same. Engraving colour may vary from that shown in pictures.

Product Care Suggestions

Please download and read our Product Care Suggestions document where we've provided some suggestions on how to care for and mount your products.
Failure to follow these suggestions could cause damage or mean your products don’t look as good for as long!
Most important is to keep out of reach of children! Our products are not toys – so please ensure they are not handled by children or installed/placed in a location within their reach!

Returns

All our beautiful items are custom made to order. Due to this, and the personalised nature of our products, returns are not typically accepted for change of mind.

Please contact us if you believe you have a unique reason for needing to return a product.

Replacement of Damaged or Faulty Goods

We take utmost care in packaging all our orders to ensure they arrive safely and in as perfect a condition as when they left us! Although unlikely, if your product(s) arrive damaged or faulty, or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving them.

In the case of damaged products, please immediately take photographs of the damaged item (before removing it from the box/packaging) and send these to us – the more photos the better! We will assess everything on a case-by-case basis.

After discussing and agreeing on the terms of a return with us, you are responsible for arranging and for the cost of return shipping to Busselton, Western Australia.
